Cesar Menendez, the Zune Insider, has announced the price of a Zune is being cut to $199 starting tomorrow. He also says that customer satisfaction for the 30GB Zune device is at 94%. I have to admit I’m in that 94% - the Zune rocks. The software - not so much.
I wouldn’t read into this price drop too much. Cesar says “It?s part of the normal product lifecycle, something we?ve had on the books for months”.

Despite owning a Xbox 360 already - the $50 price drop does entice me to seriously look at possibly getting a Xbox 360 Elite or the Halo 3 Special Edition consoles. Or maybe I’ll just go buy the 120GB harddrive instead. I am not sure yet.
